How is Online Coaching Effective?
​Online coaching is effective because its give you the ability to access coaching from your own home, on your own schedule and at your own pace. Every week, I’ll hold you accountable via a weekly check-in. You’ll receive everything you need to make massive changes in your life. You’ll get all the help you need when it comes to building better habits, stress management, nutrition, sleep and workouts you’ll actually enjoy. We will start small and build up over time, strategically adding things bit by bit to the point where we will look back and marvel at the progress we’ve made. ​
Do I need to follow a diet and will you help with nutrition?
I have many ways I can help support you in establishing better nutritional habits, they range from recipes, tips, sample menus and templates. You will not need to follow a specific diet, unless you already do so, then I’ll simply offer support on how to optimise it. My aim is to arm you with everything you need to make better food choices, you receive 15 new recipes every month that will come with a shopping list, nutrition guides, supplement guides plus more.
​How is my program delivered to me?
The exercise program will be delivered via my smartphone app and depending on what package invest in, the weekly coaching calls will be done via an online zoom call. So wherever you are in the world, you can access bespoke, first class coaching.
​Do I need a gym?
​Most of my programs will benefit from having access to a gym, purely because of the equipment available which will make the programs more effective and your body transformation easier. If you don’t have access to a gym then having basic equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and a slam ball will work. If you would only like to do bodyweight exercises, we can do that although you’d be expected to competently be able to perform basic bodyweight exercises such as squats, push ups, lunges etc. You can always upload videos of your form/technique to the app for me to coach.
Will you hold me accountable?  
YES! The program will only work if you do the work and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way. Depending on the package you invest in we’ll have a weekly coaching call or a weekly email check-in. I’ll also be in contact regularly to get your feedback and to ensure you’re moving forward.  ​
Is This For ME?
Yes, if you’re willing to do the work.  If you’re ready to prioritise yourself and are ready to finally make some changes that will stay with you long into the future, then this program is definitely for you. Together, we will move away from fads, crash diets and gimmicks and instead make use of proven methods that have stood the test of time, methods that have worked in the past and will continue to work in the future. There are no shortcuts in my programs but I'll give you all of the resources, information and support needed to make success not only doable, but pretty much guaranteed.
