 Hi, I am Dean, founder of MindBodyLift. I am inviting you to join me and other like-minded people on a similar journey for a 30-day personal training trial.

This will allow me to get to know you better, understand and assess your fitness goals and be in a position to advise you on the best plan to achieve them. You will gain an insight into the methods and principles MindBodyLift employs to help clients see their desired results. If you choose to work with me after the month is out, that's great. If not, that's cool too. ​​

Here's What You Get!

Instead of signing up to one of our monthly packages, you can test out any of our packages for 30 days! You'll simply invest a one off price for the 30 days instead of committing to a monthly subscription. We offer one, two, three or four day per week options, plus you get access to all the knowledge and expertise you need to help you learn the skills to kick-start your fitness journey towards a stronger, healthier and fitter self. You need to do the hard lifting, but you get all the support you need to keep going.

Assessment and Progress Tracking
Your initial consultation will include fitness assessments to help us design your workouts and provide us with your starting measurements. We'll repeat it at the end to track your progress.

Personal Training Sessions
You'll have access to 4, 8, 12 or 16 face-to-face personal training sessions designed with your individual needs and goals in mind to help you boost your energy levels and get stronger and fitter.

Meal Plan
You will gain access to the MindBodyLift 28 Day Meal Plan that comes with a shopping list and support to help you create nutrition habits that will serve your goals on the long run.

Community Support
Your environment has an impact on your life and if you'd like to stay on the fitness track you'd like to be around like-minded people. Our members only Facebook community will do just that.

Dedicated Coach
I will be available for you throughout the 30 days to answer your questions via phone, text or email, to support you on a daily basis and provide accountability and motivation.

The trial comes with a series of email content to complement your workouts and nutrition plan and share all the knowledge you need to understand your body and its needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will sessions be held?
Sessions will be held in our modern, fully equipped private studio gym located in Surrey Quays. It is spacious enough to host dynamic work outs and yet is personal enough for our clients not to have to suffer a crowded gym. With great transport links, Surrey Quays station is only a 5 minute walk and we also have free parking right outside, it’s not only a great space, it is also incredibly convenient.
Do you offer meal plans?
Yes we offer nutritionist approved meal plans that come complete with weekly shopping lists. The nutrition plan in a nut shell is eating real food and cutting out the crap but with a tiny bit of science behind it.
How long are your contracts? 
We offer contracts for either 1 or 3 months. We also offer pay as you go sessions for the 30 Minute Results Club
